latest news of Nepal

Latest news of nepal

A decade of civil war, people's revolution, almost epidemical political awareness, amongst the people and then its conversion from the 'kingdom of Nepal' to the 'Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal'... this little country has come a long way and so has its people-us Nepalis. And with all these changes,we just have one wish within-to have a secured future for ourselves and our loved ones.

Known for our humbleness, tolerance, compliancy and innocence, those on the power seats have taken unfair advantage of the silence.Meanwhile, the woes of the common man have grown manifold even as corrupt political power play has ensurd derailed development.

But like they say, everything reaches a saturation point.Today, the entire nation is not ready to stand aside and  silent anymore.Take for example the programme organised at Khula Manch on 21 May by Nepal Unites,a campaign 'for change' that started as a group on facebook with the slogan My country,My Responsibility. The event saw thousands of professionals-young and old, students, unemployed youths, and common people who had reached there through word of mouth...diversely unique, they were there to show all concerned that they cared,to warn the power players that answers will be sought.

  4. Why are you not mentioning the barbaric slaughter of THOUSANDS of innocent animals who are rounded up and attacked with knives and swords by the sick, cruel people of Nepal and India every five years. It is a horrendous bloodbath as these savage people are indiscriminately chasing and stabbing these animals to death????
This needs to be made known worldwide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
